PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This is a release of liability and waiver of certain legal rights.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

This agreement releases Fireweed Community Woodshop, your Fireweed instructor, Fireweed employees and volunteers, and Garmers LLC from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during your class.

By checking the box, I agree to hold Fireweed Community Woodshop, my instructor, and Garmers LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in using sharp hand tools and power tools. These risks include, but are not limited to, kickback from tools, cuts, abrasions,  and broken bones.

I understand the risks associated with my participation at Fireweed Community Woodshop and that these risks may result in personal injury.

I swear and affirm that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. By clicking the box, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Fireweed Community Woodshop, my instructor, and Garmers LLC for any reason. In return, I will receive participation in this class. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
