PHOTO CONSENT

I give permission to Fireweed Community Woodshop to take my photograph. This photo may be used for social media, the website, grant applications, and marketing flyers. By granting permission for this photo use, you help Fireweed immensely by demonstrating what woodworkers can look like and crafting a new culture around woodworking!

I understand that during the course of my class instructors or Fireweed staff people may take photos of me or my work.

If I do not consent to having my photograph being taken and used I will communicate during class.
